  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups Carnation® Evaporated Milk, any type
  • 1 cup SherwoodTM Sourdough
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Combine egg, milk, SherwoodTM and butter in medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls (50 mL) onto preheated lightly greased griddle or frying pan. Cook until puffy and bubbles break on the surface. Turn and continue cooking until golden.
