  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Jif® Peanut Butter, any type
  • 1 1/3 cups milk

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" (2L) loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven, 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
