Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup brewed Folgers® Coffee
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 10"(3L) Bundt pan.
  • Combine first 6 dry ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly with wire whisk or on low speed of electric mixer (batter will be thin). Spread batter in prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes in pan, then remove to wire rack and cool completely.
