  • 1 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Robin Hood Oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease and line a 15” x 10” x 1” (38 cm x 25 cm x 2.5 cm) jelly-roll pan with parchment paper, overlapping two sides for easy removal.
  • Combine flour, oats, baking soda and nuts in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to blend.
  • Melt butter, brown sugar and vanilla together in large saucepan. Stir in flour mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Press mixture into prepared jelly-roll pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Cut into 1” (2.5 cm) squares while warm.
