  • Cake
  • 1/4 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • Swirl
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp melted butter

  • Cake
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in microwave safe 12 oz (350 mL) mug. Add remaining cake ingredients and stir until a thick paste forms.
  • Swirl
  • Combine all ingredients. Drop into batter and swirl with a butter knife to create a marbled effect. Microwave on high 1 minute and 45 seconds. Cool and eat.
