Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips, divided

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in microwave safe 12 oz (350 mL) mug. Add remaining ingredients and 1 tbsp (15 mL) chocolate chips and stir until a thick paste forms. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Microwave on high 1 minute and 45 seconds. Cool and eat.
